TravelPlus Whitecourt

1. All trips are for 2 persons sharing except where specified.
2. All vacations and accommodations are based on low season rates in effect for 2018/2019 and are subject to availability and can change without notice.  These rates are approximate values and cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking.  All addition cost for travel out of season, for upgrades in travel arrangements or alternate destinations must be borne by the raffle winner.
3. All trips must be taken as described or if exchanging for alternate travel the trip must be a packaged holiday which includes air, an agency preferred hotel for the entire duration of the trip and our agency professional fee.  Our agency fee is collected with all travel bookings for research, confirming arrangements, issuing tickets and vouchers, preparing a personalized travel package with itinerary, documents baggage tags, etc. and monitoring all travel prior to, during and after departure.  The agency fee of $105 per booking is non-refundable, non-negotiable.
4. Trips must be booked with TravelPlus Whitecourt, in Whitecourt, Alberta.
5. All vacations are valid for one year and must be booked within one year of draw date - NO EXCEPTIONS.  It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they are prepared to book within the 1 year.
6. Transportation to/from the departure city is at the prize winners’ leisure and expense.
7. Travel insurance is not included but is highly recommended for all passengers - an individual quote based on passenger age, trip duration and cost will be provided at time of booking.
8. All trips are subject to the availability and terms and conditions of the tour operator.
9. All trip details can be obtained by contacting TravelPlus Whitecourt of Whitecourt, Alberta. All travel arrangements are the responsibility of the prize winner.  TravelPlus Whitecourt and members of Fox Creek Minor Hockey cannot be held responsible for these arrangements or any additional costs resulting from thereof.
10. Fox Creek Minor Hockey must contact TravelPlus Whitecourt of each monthly draw to notify us of prize winners name and contact information.
11. TravelPlus Whitecourt has no obligation to honor each monthly vacation until Fox Creek Minor Hockey has provided payment as vacation vouchers have not been prepaid.
